Another wildly random blog post. Well, it's been wild end of 2023 to mid 2025. Lots of health issues 2023 through 2024 that wiped me out physically. At one point in 2024, I spent most non working hours sleeping and feeling horrible. 10/10 do not recommend!
Finally got energy back in 2025 and finished up one writing project. Tempting Eros is being released October 14, 2025. So happy to have that book baby out to everyone! I had some very questioning moments but some very supportive folks helping me through it as well.
I found a wonderful editor and cover artist who inspired me to push through and get this done and I'd use both again in a heartbeat! And I probably will after I finish my untitled Hephaestus/Aphrodite book. I also have the Apollo/Daphne book in reworks at the moment as I was not happy with the story. I'd like to get that one done and out this year as well.
I'm planning for the Hephaestus/Aphrodite book to be out next year. That is the planned end of Five Mortal Realms Trilogy, for now. I have a spark of a idea for another book but need time to think on it. I'll be spending next year on a modern world magic series. More on that later.
Until then, here's the Tempting Eros Blurb:
In a world of masks and myths, love is the most dangerous truth
When Eros, God of Love, is ordered to destroy a mortal who offended his goddess mother, he expects an easy kill—not a spark that burns away his Olympian duty.
Kinsley Sychen, reluctant model trapped in the spotlight of her family’s toxic perfume empire, would do anything to escape the suffocating grip of fame. When scandal shatters her carefully curated life, she’s forced to rely on the one type of man she swore off forever—charming, dangerous, and hiding more than just secrets.
Thrown together by fate, Eros and Kinsley—alongside her ancient, otherworldly dog—are pulled into a whirlwind of passion, danger and mythic forces. As forbidden feelings ignite, they each must navigate Olympian politics and a quest that could cost Kinsley everything—including her life.
Can Kinsley give her heart to a man who isn’t what he seems, but sees through the mask she's worn for years? Will Olympus allow a god to love a mortal—or will it tear them apart for good? And just how far will the God of Love go... when he finally falls?
